Initial Meeting

We'll jump on a call with you if possible. We want to build trust right away so you know your trip is in safe hands. You'll share your travel needs and preferences (location, dates, number of passengers...etc.) over that phone call or email.

Research & Booking Phase

DoubleTeam will get to work! We'll research and put together a document full of options for you to choose from. We'll reach out to your chosen hotels/airlines/transportation vendors on your behalf; securing accurate group contracts, signing documents and locking everything down.

Payments & Preparation

Most airline and transportation companies have strict deadlines for deposits, final payments and name list submissions. We'll stay on top of all of that for you, ensuring a smooth experience on travel day.
